Delivery Methods

United Kingdom – delivery via Royal Mail

Lithuania – delivery via Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post)

Other foreign countries – delivery via DPD courier

United Kingdom:

Orders up to £750£9

Orders from £751 to £1000£13

Orders over £1000£22

Lithuania:

Fixed delivery cost – £5

Other foreign countries:

Fixed delivery cost – £20

Delivery Times

Orders received on working days before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Orders received after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time:

United Kingdom: 1–2 working days

Lithuania: 5–10 working days

Other countries: 7–14 working days (depending on the country)


Shipment Insurance

All shipments are insured for the value of the order (basket total).
Your purchases are fully protected against loss or damage during transit.


Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.


Terms and Responsibilities

Customer obligations:

Observing delivery times:
The customer agrees to pay attention to the stated delivery time and contact the Store only after at least 24 hours have passed since the delivery deadline.

Providing accurate information:
When ordering goods, the customer agrees to specify the exact delivery address and the person who will receive the shipment.

Receiving goods:
The customer agrees to receive the goods personally.
If the goods are received by another person at the specified address based on the customer’s provided information, the customer may not hold the Store responsible for delivering the goods to the wrong person.


Damaged or Missing Items:

If upon receipt the customer notices:

missing items,

or damaged packaging/products,

they must immediately:

write a free-form damage report,

or request the courier to fill out an official damage report with a signature,

and immediately notify the Store by email at:

info@neringagold.co.uk


Courier Responsibility

The courier company undertakes to deliver the goods within the specified delivery time and only to the recipient specified by the customer at the delivery address provided.

If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the courier’s fault, the courier will conduct an internal investigation. After the investigation (within 30 days), the customer will be refunded the full value of the shipment or the lost shipment will be delivered.
