When the postman delivers the parcel to you, carefully unpack it without damaging the product or the label. Before removing the label, inspect the product carefully for factory defects and damage during transportation. Contact your consultant immediately if you find any damage to the jewelry.

 

 

To avoid misunderstandings, below are the rules we follow:

GOODS QUALITY GUARANTEE

1.1. The seller undertakes to sell the goods that meet the description (material, fineness, size, length, stone, certificates, if any). The goods for sale are marked with the official fineness of the testing chamber.

1.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the online store may not match the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor (monitor) used by the buyer.

1.3. In case of physical damage to the goods due to the fault of the buyer, the Seller may, after assessing the situation for an additional fee, fix the goods only if the goods can be repaired. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer.

2. RETURNING THE GOODS

2.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. The return guarantee does not apply to the goods made individually for the order of the Buyer.

2.2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods to the buyer:

2.2.1. the returned goods must be in the original packaging;

2.2.2. the product must be intact;

2.2.3. the product must not have been used, has not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged and torn markings, the product label and / or certificate affixed by the testing chamber has not been torn off, international certificates, if any, have been provided, etc.);

2.2.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as received by the buyer;

2.2.5. the invoice or order number must be indicated when returning the goods.

2.3. The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer if the buyer does not follow the return procedure set out in this article or if the returned goods do not meet the set return requirements. Used, modified, replaced or damaged goods will not be accepted for return. The goods will also not be accepted for return if the buyer does not have an invoice, the packaging is damaged, parts of the packaging or accessories delivered with the goods are missing. In the event that the original quality certificate is missing, the label of the goods is damaged or torn, the seller reserves the right not to accept such goods for return.

2.4. Goods that have been personalized, i.e. engraved, resized or clasp made to individual order, etc., cannot be returned.

2.5. When returning goods of suitable quality, the Buyer pays the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be sent by registered mail and fully insured during transportation in an amount not less than the purchase value of the goods. The Customer assumes responsibility for the transportation of the returned goods.

2.6. No refunds will be given for work done or goods purchased up to £ 50 (fifty pounds).

2.7. The money is refunded when the seller inspects the returned product and makes sure that the product is undamaged and meets the return conditions. In all cases, the money for the returned goods is returned within 10 (ten) working days and only to the payer.

2.8. Refunds will be made in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom Government Online and distance selling policies.
