The money is refunded when the seller inspects the returned product and makes sure that the product is undamaged and meets the return conditions. In all cases, the money for the returned goods is returned within 10 (ten) working days and only to the payer.

We assess each situation individually and will quickly find the best solution – offering item alteration, a size exchange, or another option that works for you.
